Kiln is a 58-page magazine celebrating the range and potential of contemporary ceramics, from functional craft to activist and experimental practice. Published in both print and digital formats, the magazine features 15 contributors including established artists and ceramics studios alongside emerging voices.

As project manager, I led production coordination across a 10-week cycle, chairing weekly editorial, design, and print check-ins and acting as the central point of contact between the internal team and external contributors. I managed author communications, distributed proofs, and handled queries throughout the production process. Beyond coordination, I was also hands-on in the production, including being involved in the printing and binding processes.
